The following Order Form is for initial placement of your order. Pricing and equipment availability is not guaranteed until you receive a return e-mail with a reference / invoice number. For future reference use the last name, beginning date of the rental and the reference number in all correspondence.
All Prices are for one week minimum (one week is considered to be 7 nights) and extra night charges are computed after the first seven (7) nights. We reduce the rates after the initial twelve (12) nights so inquire about our discounted rates on rentals longer than twelve (12) nights.
All orders are subject to a mandatory Damage Waiver fee of 5% computed on the rental amount with a minimum of $2.50 per order. This fee is not taxed. The Damage Waiver fee will exclude the customer from having to pay for many unforeseen losses including damage, breakage or clean up costs that they might otherwise be liable for on rental equipment while in their possesion.Negligence, improper use, lost,stolen or misplaced items are not covered losses. Failure to protect equipment from lawn sprinklers or inclement weather are not covered losses.
Our store is closed Sundays and Holidays, and customers are charged for days the store is closed. Store hours from November through June are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm. Summer hours from June to November are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. Our phone and e-mail is accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, and we check phone messages after hours and days when store is closed. If you require equipment or a response in less than 1 week from your contact with us, it is advisable to call Baby and Guest Equipment Rentals and speak directly with one of our representatives.
Our showroom is located in Riviera Beach and convenient to both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. (Check our price on car seat rental before bringing or renting from the car rental agency; Florida law requires car seats for children under five (5) years of age.) Click Here to see map and directions.
We may have limited quantities on some items during certian holidays, winter months and generally busy times.Bikes, jogging strollers, breast pumps, box spring/mattresses and some medical items are examples of limited quantitiy items. Folding tables and chairs are also limited quantity items. It is advisable to reserve many items up to 4 weeks in advance of a major holiday or during the winter months. We will request a credit card or other form of payment in advance to secure these items. Any refund or credit on cancelled orders or unused time over the one (1) week minimum is subject to Baby and Guest Equipment Rentals management discretion.
Forms of payment accepted is CHECK, MONEY ORDER, VISA or MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER.
Delivery / Pickup fees are in addition to all rental rates. Baby and Guest Equipment Rentals delivery / pickup service runs from 8:00am to 4:00pm on normal store business days. (See above) Depending on the delivery location, fees average $35.00 round-trip but may range from $25.00 to $45.00. This fee will be added to your order if you request delivery, and will be noted on your return confirmation with your total order price and reference number. We will call you twenty-four (24) hours or more in advance to let you know the approximate time of your delivery / pickup. (During peak times we may request to deliver up to a few days sooner or pick-up a few days later.) Requests for delivery / pickup times can be made for early day or afternoon, but will not be guaranteed. Baby and Guest Equipment Rentals policy is that all equipment must be made accessible on day of pickup by noon or extra night charges will apply.
If you need a car seat to make the trip to the airport after noon, arrangements can be made for you to drop it in our store later that day. Please request this in our special request area on the order form. All of Baby and Guest Equipment Rentals equipment folds or is easily moveable. (Even our large cribs fold up.) In many cases arrangements can be made to leave equipment in safe, dry areas allowing us to deliver / pickup if nobody can be present. Remember to alert all guards, gatehouses, building managers or concierge that you are expecting a delivery / pickup from Baby and Guest Equipment Rentals.
We have included an area on the order form for special requests. Please use this area to give us any important detailed information that would enable us to serve you most efficiently. Examples of important detailed information would be the name and number of a relative or contact name if you will not be in town, or your cel phone number. Please specify the room/location to place the crib or bed in the home, as well as questions you might need a response to. And remember that you still may want to contact Baby and Guest Equipment Rentals by phone at 561-686-0101 to firm up any questionable details.
Most important, we understand that in most cases this is your vacation time and is very valuable. Our twenty five (25) years of service in South Florida has been made possible by our customers and Baby and Guest Equipment Rentals will do everything possible to accommodate you in a professional and courteous manner.
