 Ordering online is a safe and secure way to reserve equipment. After you choose your 1st item you will be directed to a calander which will allow you to fill in your start and end dates.   Than the  delivery city  (or where the furniture will be going ) must than be chosen. Any  other item you choose will price with the exact charge  based on your rental period . You can then  add the item(s) to the cart and  either  continue shopping or go to checkout. (When you are in the cart you have the option to uncheck the delivery option if you want pickup the equipment if it is allowed.  At check out you will either create an account (if you have not previously done so) or check out as a guest by  completing your Billing Address Information , Delivery address information and matching  Credit Card information. Once you submit the order  succesfully a  $25 deposit  will appear on your card.  You will  immediately recieve an email detailing your order. Within 48 hours a representative from our office will email you or call you to review your order and go over any changes, additional charges or additions you may have.   You will  than recieve a  Store Invoice  detailing changes (if any) in pricing, products, dates or other missing information.  After the office confirms your order or within 48 hours of the initial order( which ever comes first), the $25 deposit is non refundable.  We will  bill the remaining charges the day before your order is delivered or in the store the day you pickup your items.  Orders under $35 will be charged in full. A Baby's Choice has been proudly serving south Florida since 1989 under the same family ownership. We are independantly owned and do not have to pay Franchise fees which allows us to pass the savings to you and maintain pricing up to 20% less than most competitors. We own a 4000 square foot Facility where we store and maintain our equipment. Competitor Franchise locations  work out of their homes, garages or small storage units. They  often use non commercial Residential quality cribs or folding cots which may not meet Federal guidelines for consumer consumption placed in the stream of commerce.  We take pride in our products and everything we offer is in excellent condition and SANITARY! Our professionally trained delivery staff are able to set up, demonstrate, and install all of our equipment.  Unlike many popular franchise companies you may have heard about, we only offer standarized products to our customers. All of our One Piece  Pre Assembled, fixed side Folding Cribs are COMMERCIAL GRADE and meet or exceed all current safety standards and ATSM regulations. Don't be fooled by the IKEA or Amazon residential grade cribs with plastic parts and cheap plastic wheels that other companies rent which may require assembly and disassembly on site,  introducing the risk of missing hardware, improper assembly, and Failure. All of  A Baby's Choice  cribs come fully assembled , and fold easily within seconds and sit on locking, evacuation friendly hard rubber casters , ensuring safe set-up 100% of the time. Residential grade cribs do not offer the level of durability required in a rental atmosphere.

"A Baby's Choice" carries full $1,000,000  Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance and Commercial Truck Insurance, which many Property associations require. Your child's safety is our priority. We offer only tested, PREMIUM products such as Britax and Chicco branded car seats. Car seats are completely stripped down, laundered, sanitized and safety checked after each rental.We are available by phone 24 hours a day 7 day a week (even on Holidays) with any urgent or last minute concerns. We constantly make ourselves aware of any safety issues or recalls pertaining to any equipment we rent. Our delivery service is reliable and dependable. We maintain a fully staffed a 4000 square feet showroom with cleaning facility . Beware of Companies that do not have a showroom or work from their home or van. Please go to the bottom of  any page and click on "DIRECTIONS".  From November through April our Showroom is open Monday-Friday 9am -5 pm. Saturday 9am -4 pm. Closed Sundays, and Holidays. From May through October our Showroom is open Monday-Friday 9am -4 pm. Saturday 9am -1 pm. Closed Sundays, and Holidays. After hours or emergency service call 561-686-0101 and dial prompt 5. You may pickup most items on our site other than Full size Cribs and Box Spring Mattress Beds. When adding items to the cart, if the item is something that must be delivered by our trucks you will have to choose a Delivery city to continue.

Normal delivery hours run daily from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday - Saturday.  Equipment must be available for pickup by noon of the due back day to avoid extra chrges.Special arrangements for Delivery and Pickup before or after these hours or on Sundays or Holidays  when the store is closed will be surcharged accordingly. You will receive a call from our office 1-2 business days prior to delivery or pick up notifying you of our expected time. We generally try to give you a 2-hour window of our drivers estimated arrival. Should you require a specific time of day, please note that when placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

We do deliver car seats to the car rental agencies at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) for a small additional charge, but not Fort Lauderdale or Miami. Click here for Airport Concierge Service at PBIA.

Our late model equipment is clean, safe, and in perfect working order. We purchase all our equipment new from trusted and well known manufacturers. We constantly update and maintain all of our rental equipment. All rental furniture and equipment from " A Baby's Choice " is JPMA Certified and meets or exceeds all Federal Guidelines.

 

We have a well trained cleaning staff that uses proper sanitizing techniques and makes a complete safety check of all equipment upon return from rental.  We have a laundry on premises for linens. Since 1989 our cleaning process has included a hard cleaning of non porous surfaces and misting of all fabric products with an CDC approved Disinfectant/ Virucide Cleaner. We bag or wrap many of our items and try to maintain inventory items that are easy to dissasemble and keep sanitized between rentals. We take the safety and health of our customers seriously and have been doing so for 33 years.

 

 

All of our cribs include a sheet. Ask about upgraded mattresses which include mattress pads. Bumpers are also available. Playpens include a sheet. Toddler Beds will include a sheet and mattress pad. We offer complete linen packages including pillows and blankets to rent for all the different sized beds and folding rollaways in our inventory.

We have no minimum rental period but pricing will reflect a 1 week minimum rate plus any extra days added over the initial week.  We do offer a 3 night or less discounted rate on many items depending on seasonality/demand and the website  pricing will show for those items. (We do reserve the right to enforce 1 week minimum rate at any time depending on circumstances associated with the order or availibility)  For stays  longer than on 1 week, there are additional day rates which are computed automatically and add to your weekly rate. After 11 nights all items will begin to reflect discounts for longer time periods contracted at the time of ordering. All items can be priced for up to 8 weeks automatically by inputting your dates in the calander. Ask about our long-term  contracted rates beyond posted rates as well. 

 

All orders are Subject to a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee of 5% computed on the rental equipment amount with a minimum of $3.75 per order. This fee is not taxed. The Damage Waiver fee is a prepaid, non refundable fee that covers accidental and unintentional damage to the rental equipment such as breakage or basic cleanup costs that you might be otherwise liable for while the rental equipment is in your possession. Negligence, improper use, lost, stolen or misplaced equipment are not  covered losses. Please note that failure to protect equipment from lawn sprinklers, rain and extreme sunblock stains to upholstered items are also not  covered losses. A Convenience fee of 4% computed only on the equipment rental portion  is also added to offset Credit Card and administrative fees. We do accept cash payment and will be happy to waive this  4%  fee.

Most of our equipment can be left at the front door or back porch of your home if  there is a safe , dry area or overhang. Many times we can leave everything in the garage if accesible.  Unless the equipment needs to go up stairs it all can be moved and set up easily with no tools. If you are renting a property please try to get us a property manager's name and phone so we can work out details to either leave the equipment or set up inside. At Hotels we can leave  smaller items with the  Concierge/ Bell Desk or for larger items such as beds and cribs with the Housekeeping Department. If management allows us to enter your pre assigned room we may be able to  place the equipment in your room if you have it arranged  in advance with the property. We deliver to many Rental properties and most Hotels and Resorts in the South Florida Area and have a strong working relationship with all of them. Often we will bag or wrap your equipment and place a tag  on it with your name. Upon departure please gather all your items especially small items, linens and all packaging and  reuse the tags  for us to  identify at pickup as well as letting the management know,  as additional surcharges may apply if special circumstances cause driver unexpected delays during our delivery or pickup process.

 

Generally we prefer you to order at least 1 week ahead. However if your visit is to be during peak season or around holidays it is advisable to order 3 to 4 weeks ahead to guarantee availability on limited quantity items such as bicycles and certain premium products.

For orders placed on our web site you will be asked to supply Credit Card information. A $25 deposit charge will be placed on your Credit Card at checkout. In the event of you cancelling the order and recieving cancellation confirmation from our office within 48 hours of placing the order your $25 deposit charge will be refunded. After 48 hours of initially placing your order the $25 deposit charge will not be returned.   Any future cancellations  prior to 48 hours of your rental start dates will not incur any additional charge. Cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) of  rental start date will be charged  an additional 50% of complete order charges . Orders under $35 will be charged in full in the event of a cancellation after the 48 hour window.  No refunds for early termination of contracted items or unused items after rental equipment is recieved or truck is on route to delivery.

If you pick up baby equipment or beds at our showroom, payment is required at that time. If we are delivering to you, and you are paying by Credit Card, we will run the card the day before delivery. If you are paying by check or cash, that payment is expected at time of delivery. Any extra charges, due to extending your rental, are expected at time of pick up or return of the equipment at our showroom.

 

We accept Debit Card, Visa and Master Card , Discover , Amex, Checks and Cash. Credit Card/Debit Card payments are charged a convenience fee of 4% computed only on the equipment portion of the order. This 4% fee  will be waived for the balance of your order if you choose to pay cash.

 

Yes. We stock only 2710 ASTM  compliant Commercial Grade  cribs.  Our Preassembled folding cribs are JPMA Certified and meet or exceed all Federal Guidelines. This current design of folding crib(s) have had no recalls, heavy evacuation style locking casters and have no drop sides or plastic parts. Many of the problems associated with the prior design of cribs that were manufactured before these new standards took affect arose from cribs with drop sides (sides that go up or down for easy access) and use of plastic parts. BEWARE OF  MANY FRANCHISE RUN COMPANIES STILL RENTING RESIDENTIAL STYLE CRIBS REQUIRING ASSEMBLY ONSITE! THEY ARE NOT LEGAL FOR RENTAL. The  risk of lost parts, improper assembly and possibility of failure  is great. Our cribs can be safely and simply setup by our trained staff or the consumer.

 

All children 5 years of age or younger must be properly restrained no matter where they are sitting in the vehicle. Children through age 3 must be secured in a separate carrier or a vehicle manufacturer's integrated child safety seat. For children aged 4 through 5 years, a separate carrier, an integrated child safety seat, or a safety belt may be used. (FS 316.613)

Yes. Our staff is trained in installation, in all types of vehicles. We will do so for no additional charge. However " A Baby's Choice " will assume no risk or liability.
